Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas, 2 fresh kiwi fruit (punnet of blue berries) 1 tbs hemp powder or seeds, 1 frozen cube Fresh live spirulina, 1 2/2 tbs chai seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon

Blend the frozen banana hemp powder, fresh live spirulina. Put into beautiful bowls, and add on top the blue berries, coconut flakes, chai seeds and sprinkle the cinnamon.

Consume on an empty stomach for best absorption of these incredible nutrients.
